My name is Kristie Tobias, MHA, PCCP, a Prosci-Certified Change Management Practitioner, Founder and Principal Consultant of Fearless Existence, LLC.

I spent twenty years as a leader and consultant for start-ups, health care systems, multi-faceted businesses and corporate consulting companies leading transformation for thousands of employees, hundreds of leaders, and over 30+ health systems and multi-million dollar organizations. I have built HR operating models from the ground up. And I have written about surviving the seasons that try to take you out.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I realized something.
