Kristie has over 20 years of experience guiding and coaching organizations on change management, leadership alignment and development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement, patient and customer experience, leadership development, business optimization, board alignment and management, and financial improvement. 

Kristie has served on several non-profit boards, was a former advisor for the mayor in Pensacola, FL and offers her services as a Development Coach, Speaker and Business advisor to several non-profits, small businesses, and individuals just looking to move to the next level in building their own empire.

When Kristie is not inspiring others with her quick wit, charm, and engaging attitude, she lives in Atlanta, GA where she is a self-proclaimed wine enthusiast, certified cycle instructor, lover and singer of all music, and mother to her handsome fur baby Cooper.
